This very tiny circuit flashes 2 super-bright
3mm Red LEDs (may be
increased to 4) at a rate of 2 pulses per second & with an ON/OFF ratio of
1/8.
The IC has internal osc which requires no external parts. The kit can operate
continuously for days on 2 pcs of size AA batteries.
Applications : Ideal for use as visual warning device, hazard
light, . . .Great for beginners
