This kit controls the brightness of light bulb or the
speed of small dc motor by PWM (pulse-width-modulation).
A two-transistor astable
circuit generates a square wave with fixed frequency but changeable
duty cycle.
The duty cycle determines load power and can be adjusted via the
potentiometer (VR).
For example: a 90% duty cycle means the load is nearly full power. 50% is
half power, etc.
A Power MOSFET is used to drive the load.
Applications : DC motor speed control or light bulb
brightness control
